Nikita D’cruz

Project Coordinator

Nikita D’cruz, 2010 ICICI Fellow, studied sociology at Xavier’s in Mumbai. She has worked in Madhya Pradesh towards participatory governance and advocacy around MNREGA. Post that, she went on to pursue the Young India Fellowship followed by a Masters in Urban Policy from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. She is also an urban governance activist and has worked with the Jaagore Campaign, Loksatta Andolan and the Aam Aadmi Party in areas of urban reforms and decentralized governance. She has been in Panna since the inception of the project, currently spearheading Project Koshika and leading the team members.

Neeta Yadav

Maternal Health & Nutrition Coordinator

Neeta Yadav is an India fellow 2020. She has done Masters in Social Work and has more than eight-year experience working with a different development organisation in Madhya Pradesh mostly on water, sanitation, nutrition and governance. She has also worked in designing terrace gardening models and techniques in Bhopal and her interest lies deep in organic farming and nutrition gardens. She works full time with Koshika handling the on-ground operations, day to day field activities, nutrition gardens, patient care and counselling. 

Saurav Verma

Communication and Research

Saurav, India Fellow 2017, is an electrical and electronics engineer. He has also done Ideosync and UNESCO’s Information and Media fellowship worked with a community radio station and his initiative in Bhubaneswar. He currently works remotely with the team handling social media, writing and publishing stories and articles from Panna, designing creatives and other communication materials. 

Prashant Tripathi

Prashant

Field Facilitator

Prashant is from Panna. He has worked closely with Swachha Bharat Mission and at present handles all on-ground and immersion activities and admin roles. He helps the team with his contextual knowledge of the region and resources.

Soniya Lakhera

Sonia

MIS and Data Operator

Soniya has worked with Bharat Janganana as a data operator. She now helps the team in data collection, MIS operation and analysis.

Village Level Frontline Workers

Currently there are nine village level women facilitators in 10 of our villages. They are the contact person in the community, the information source for referrals, births, deaths, diseases and all the village level activities.
